But sometimes, if the father is that much of a dead beat, probably best not in the child's life period. <br /><br />My hubs has a daughter who he barely talks to but that is by her choice. She lives in the middle of the U.S. and really has nothing to do with him. Despite him trying, around age 14, she slowly brushed him off. Now it's pretty much a card at birthday, fathers day, and christmas. No words just the name. Sad...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
